You can count on that. He will also use this opportunity to draw a fine line between the Democrats and the Republicans. He hopes to paint the Republicans as out of touch with American populist opinion. And if he does it right he has a real chance of sending a great message. Then the Republicans have picked Indiana's Governor, Mitch Daniels to give the Republican response.
