In this case the US version is soo much better than the UK version. Guest EXPAT Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 Yes it is actually good. The new season introduces a female "mother" vampire, similar to the elder vampires in other series. And her daughter will become the head vampire in Boston with the main character vampire helping her which will probably mean a love interest. It's just a different twist on the vampire story. But I understand your feeling of getting tired of this stuff. Twilight is so awful that I'm sure anything that might be good will be over looked. I'm probably in vampire overload watching the Twilight movies, this show "Being Human" and "The Vampire Diaries" and "True Blood".
