Escorts are all on the net now.firecat69 has given good advice. I have seen escorts in Paris bars and clubs but they were socialising, not working. You would have to hire online and then go to a club. Frankly, I'd be scared for you if you picked up a guy who was in a club looking to earn extra cash

The bars with rentboys are not legal in France. You will not find any (but you will find places to cruise (see on Spartacus or squirt.org) - not the best places nor the best boys, but some people like these places. And many many escorts on gayromeo.

There's one bar with rentboys on Faubourg Saint-Honoré which is more like a private club. You ring on the door and they let you in.
