New Year: Time To Get In Shape

Does anyone have any unusual tips for getting into shape? Lord knows I could use them!

1. reduce caloric intake drastically to around 1500 calories only per day.

2. do at least 1 hour of aerobic activity a day.

Thanks, but that's not really unusual!

That was also my point. There is no trick to it other than proper diet and exercise. no shortcuts unfortunately.
