Members RA1
I believe CMH was the place of the original Wendy's so, if it was good enough for Dave Thomas, it must be good enough for "testing" fast food? Members lookin
If memory serves, Columbus not only mirrors national demographics, it's also a relatively inexpensive and self-contained media market. Before spending mega-millions on advertising for a national rollout, companies can get a pretty good idea if the ad campaign will bring in the customers. If it bombs, they're down only mega-thousands. I expect the folks in Columbus see a lot of new products and new advertising that the rest of us will never hear about. . . . . . . . . .. .. .. . .. Guest Allessio77
Wendy's, Burger King, Ponderosa Steak house, Rax Roast Beef, and many other FF chains got started in Ohio, often in Columbus.
Guest CharliePS
Now it's time for someone to do a study of cholesterol levels in the Columbus area, as compared to other marketing areas.
Members RA1
Now it's time for someone to do a study of cholesterol levels in the Columbus area, as compared to other marketing areas. That alone would produce heart attacks, real or imagined. Best regards, RA1
Members Lucky
Since we are talking food, and since Charlie is participating, perhaps I can plug my new thread in the Politics section on tuna and Greenpeace. Take a look!
