My mother use to always tell me the importance of "common sense." It seems that as we gain book smarts, some loose their common sense. I was just talking about this with a client the other day and he said he cannot find intelligent people to work for him. He says they come with college degrees and some with master's degrees but they lack common sense. Why? Where did we go wrong? Quote
