I believe it is an agency or some type of professional association. Back then I noticed that several escorts were listed under multiple cities. Not sure if they really travel that much or the agency advertising takes liberties. Not sure that is still the case. I mention only to suggest that should you try it do not get overly wedded to any one escort. He may not actually be in that city at that time. Some US government officials or major corporate businessmen will have no trouble getting any of these escorts. Sometimes they will offer "one" not necessary on these sites. Most of the photos are either not real or altered too much using photoshops. In order to have fun, you need to have contacts there. There are also certain bars where you can pick the boys you want (especially in Shenzhen) or only use larger reputable agencies. Last trip when I was there, my friend also took me to a massage place where you can select the boys from the photo album then they will ask the boy out for you to have a look. I had a look at the website you posted and I can guarantee you most of them do not look that nice.
