John Kyl, a US congressman stated in congress that 90 percent of what planned parenthood does is abortions. When told that the real number is three percent he responded that "what I say in congress is not intended as a factual statement." So, Stephen Colbert on his twitter is now saying a variety of things about Kyl followed by #notintendedtobeafactualstatement. Some are gems: Jon Kyl destroyed love in 1973.
