Guest hitoallusa Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 It's amazing what new technologies can do. Maybe we will get rid of wallet pretty soon and just carry an electronic device. It will take time but we will get there. I don't want to live that long though. Anyone hear of this? Anyone used it? I had a friend send me a link to the site. I will sign up immediately! Too bad it only works in the USA though. I can imagine a lot of folks here wanting to send money to friends in Brazil or Canada Quote
Guest FourAces Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 OZ I do not know anymore than you however it looks like a nice alternative to PayPal. Thanks for posting the link. Quote

It will take time but we will get there. I don't want to live that long though. It's really reached that point already. I never have cash on me except for a few $100s I keep for a dire emergency but would never think of spending them just to buy something. Everything I buy is either by bank debit card - INTERAC or credit card. I don't write cheques but pay all bills via internet. They could close the mint tomorrow and I would never know. Quote

What happens when they go all religious on us and start refusing to be the vehicle for transferring funds to a payee they happen to designate as undesirable. Am I being overly paranoid? Quote
