I was creating a post with the article and noticed at the end that Rueters had a copyright notice appended. It is possible that previous to this I tried to do a preview and hit 'post' instead. If so then you would have caught it in a very brief window indeed, as I immediately changed the post to the current brief version. So it is possible but I do not recall an intentional post. Quote
