Specifics will not be posted here, in order to preserve confidentiality. Therefore, if you are serious about attending this year's events, please send me an e-mail (not a private message) with your return e-mail address so that I may send you the pertinent information as it unfolds. Your confidential information will be respected, as I expect mine to be. Tickets to The Follies will be the first order of business, followed later by dinner reservations, and, finally, RSVP's for the pool event at my condo. Attendance is restricted to escorts and regular posters. There has been much discussion about what happens at the event, and I should like to say that if you do not feel comfortable with what you have read, then perhaps you should rethink attending. It's a time to relax and enjoy the company of others with common interests, without being judgmental. It has been such in the past and I would wish it to continue as such. I suggest that if you will be coming from out-of-town and need accommodations, you may wish to arrange for those ASAP, as has been recommended by The Follies management. Again the dinner and show will be on Saturday, March 19, and the pool event will be in the afternoon of Sunday, March 20. The Follies performance begins at 7 pm. Therefore, dinner will be early. I'm sure it will be another repeat success and possibly with record attendance. Too bad some have to manufacture drama out of thin air but some just seem to be gifted at that. On the bright side, better to have it exhausted in that forum than brought to the gathering. Not sure why people would make more of it than just that. Sure, some will drop out, but others who have yet to decide may make the numbers even higher. So it looks promising at this stage. But we are having cold, rainy weather. Even if the rain stops as expected on Sunday, the high temp will only be 61 degrees, with a low of 41. I'm not going out in the pool this weekend! Members Lucky Posted March 12, 2011 Members Share Posted March 12, 2011 It appears that over 30 people will attend Saturday night's dinner, and close to 40 will come to the pool party on Sunday. Our first Palm Springs Weekend we had 14 for dinner, and about 20 on Sunday. Once Oliver began his pool event the second year, the event continued to grow. Why, we are even having folks fly in from the east coast! This is something I never imagined when I first thought of holding the event. I just wanted to get to know some of my fellow posters,and apparently so do a lot of other guys. Many thanks to Oliver for keeping the event running. All are welcome, as long as you are a regular poster or an established escort. I hope everyone has a great time. The event would be nothing if not for the people who attend. I make much the same argument about message boards. They would be nothing if not for the people contributing to them. So take Pride in what you have accomplished! This after rumors had abounded about which Hollywood star he would bring. But we enjoyed Mr. Locke's presence, and the guest he did bring was a very fine fellow. I had hoped that Scott Adler would come this year, but he didn't. Kristian did not make it either. Nonetheless, there were 11 escorts in attendance at Oliver's pool event today. The weather had cooled off but it didn't dampen the fun. The venue for the dinner last night received unanimous praise. It's hard to see the Weekend end as we had looked forward to it for so long. This year was very enjoyable, maybe more so for me since I had less duties to tend to. But it sure was nice to hear over and over again what a great time people were having. Jason Carter's dinner tonight brings the Weekend to a close with some great memories and some really nice times. You might not realize what great guys you post with until an event like this. He is always the perfect host and does everything possible to make the entire experience enjoyable for all. Jason Carter was as ever the charming, the efficient, and the effervescent right hand man. It was great to meet and converse with Totally Oz. I just hoped I convinced him that Puerto Vallarta is TOTALLY safe and that he MUST visit. To all the clients and escorts in attendance – it was great fun meeting you and spending time with you. As always I am already looking forward to next year’s event. Next year you should try and come out with us to Barracks after the Pool Party It was a blast with Ace Ty Romann Dane Ryaan Nate DavidSF all decked out in there new leather from Gear. Dane and Ryann in their real fatigues and harnesses and Romann in his leather sailer suit woof. Then of course ty in his chain collar and harness. Ace in a leather body suit. Nate in a harness is a thing of beauty It was really something not to be missed. Once the leather escort pics get done we are going to get some posted with escort permission I'll see if I cant get them linked up here.
