Guest lurkerspeaks Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 I am not sure who, if anyone I am agreeing with on this, but my two cents worth--anyone and everyone should be welcome to make new posts that are relevant and/or respond to existing posts, on a "peer" level. As far as "admin" type functions/chastising, etc, that should all be done "behind the scenes" in a much more private forum.. I for one, am eagerly looking forward to Oz's reports from Brazil, and I would hate to think that we wouldn't be privileged to those anymore simply because he is an administrator of the site. Quote

I appreciate your viewpoint and believe it has merit in many instances. However, I do feel it unacceptable that a public accusation that the site/admins support blackmail should go unaddressed in public. That just cannot be swept under the carpet for behind the scenes treatment IMO. The time to do that was before the public accusation was made but we were never informed of the concern. Quote
Members lookin Posted October 22, 2010 Members Posted October 22, 2010 Well, they say opinions are like assholes, so here's mine! Both the original post and the response were a smidge too loud for my ears. But so what? Don't friends and families get on our nerves once in a while? It's about the longer term for me. OneFinger, TampaYankee, and TotallyOz are all important posters and all have kept me entertained and informed over the years. If any one of the three backed off from the site, I'd feel a loss. Quote

I don't expect secrets to be revealed. I just stand (or sit) in awe at your amazing contributions. Now that is my avatar. Quote

TY, perhaps you misunderstood my first post in this thread. I did not mean to imply that this site supports blackmail. To my knowledge you and TotallyOz probably had no clue that the escort told me he had been blackmailed by a client who submitted a review. However, I have posted about that review previously and mentioned the legal problems that the escort claims were caused by the reviewer. http://www.maleescortreview.com/forum/index.php?/topic/2918-why-dont-clients-leave-reviews/page__p__14764__hl__review__fromsearch__1#entry14764 My post to this thread was certainly not the first time I raised a concern about that review and the escort's issues. You certainly should NOT have been surprised by my post. You first heard about it in November 2008. Now, I'm asking a favor. Could please stop trying to drive a public ax further into my back? If you want to take it off-line and discuss this privately, then do it. But your repeated public attacks are unwarranted, unwanted, and beneath someone in your position. Quote

In the interest of moving on I won't respond publicly to any further comments or questions about the topic including the above. Quote
BiBottomBoy Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 This site does not support blackmail, but I'm pretty sure it is in favor of black males. Quote
