TotallyOz Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie 1-cup ice cubes 1 cup canned pumpkin 7 oz silken tofu (about ½ package) 2 tsp pure vanilla extract ½ cup orange juice 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (low sugar) (I prefer Jay Robb) 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp cinnamon Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy! Serves: about 3 A great source of vitamin A, vitamin C and fiber. This smoothie is also packed with cinnamon, which is a great blood sugar stabilizer. Enjoy with a high fiber morning muffin or toast with almond butter for a delicious breakfast. Quote
