Guest wowpow Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 A friend invested in this project and tells me that he has been refunded his deposit and payments even though he would rather have made a profit. I hope it's 100% true! Quote
Up2u Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 A friend invested in this project and tells me that he has been refunded his deposit and payments even though he would rather have made a profit. I hope it's 100% true! Well, as of last week they were still taking deposits for those to wanted to be assured of a unit. They were also letting those with existing contracts suspend payments until the Administrative Court makes it's ruling. View Talay filed a hardship appeal recently to remove the temporary construction injunction. I was told a decision on that appeal is imminent. Quote
Guest wowpow Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Up2u - You are right as so often. My apologies, I just checked with the sales office and they are still selling and not refunding. They hope to win the court case. Was I mis-informed or wound up? It seems as if the Jomtien block of the twin towers is less view blocked than expected. http://www.viewtalaycondo.com/project.htm Quote
