If you own your own domain name how do you obtain an email account at your own domain??? Does the hosting company set it up or....... Thanks if anyone can help

Most hosting companies will give you X amount of free email accounts.

Usually in the control panel there is an area to set them up and you can access them through a webmail address or have the email sent to your outlook as an example.

However if you happen to be confusing hosting with registrar (some do both) the registrar also offers email packages some free some not. For example I regester most of my domains through godaddy and for each domain I receive a free email account. I can upgrade it if I want but for my needs the free account works perfect. I just add the account and use their web based email client .. i.e. mydomain.webmail.com

I hope this helps.
