Peel your hard boiled eggs while they are still warm and they'll peel like a Latino in heat. Never put them on ice and chill them cold before peeling as Martha Stewart suggests. When you do, they end up looking like an acne pocked face on a young teenage runaway. Sorry to all the teenagers out there. Been there! Nothin' but love for ya! Try putting a couple of large soup spoons of mayonnaise (I prefer Miracle Whip) into the pan and mixing it well with the eggs, milk etc. Taste to die for - not for the diet conscious.
