Recommended Posts

Twice now I have written about my Vacation in Puerto Vallarta only to somehow delete everything I wrote. Last time was when I tried to post a picutre I took on the trip which is saved on my desktop. Obvious that is didn't work. I seached for a topic on posting picture but found none. I did click on insert picture but it asked for URL and I am fairly computer stupid. Could someone please help out

THANKS IN ADVANCE

FLGUY there are two ways to post a pic here. One if you have a url or web address. That way is to select the icon on the toolbar (2 to the right of the smile face) and put in the address.

The other is if you are trying to upload a photo from your computer. BELOW the post box you will see the word Attachments to the left. Under that you will see browse. Click on Browse find the photo and click open. Then Under the window where your photo path is it says Attach This Photo. Just click on that.

The trick is the photo will be attached but your post is not complete. You still need to scroll to the bottom and select Add Reply.

I hope this helps ^_^

Thought I would add another option which I use.. If you find a picture somewhere on the net that you want to copy over here, do the following:

Right click on the picture, then click on properties. The url comes up and you copy that..

Then you go back to your open reply or post window here...You type in [ img ] (ALL WITHOUT ANY SPACES) then without a space, you paste the url that you copied, and then again without a space after the url, you type [ /img ] (AGAIN WITHOUT ANY SPACES)

that will put the picture into the body of your post/reply.. none of those troublesome little thumbnails... just fullsized pics as you have witnessed in my posts.. hope this makes sense..

This is my 1st attempt at posting a picture. I hope it works, but somehow I have my doubts (talk about low self-esteem)

Zipper, your post works just fine. What a cutie! ^_^

He kind of got my juices flowing too. His name is Cameron Marshall - age 24. He's my idea of a twink but some of you might say he's too old for that category. I'll try and post a few more. I call his type "Bumdelicious"
