LOS ANGELES – Spurred on by cutting remarks he made about her body, Montana Fishburne is claiming that actor Jamie Foxx has a gay porno tape in the works.

According to AcesShowBiz, Fishburne wrote on herTwitter page on Aug. 8 that “Jamie Foxx has sex with guys. Jamie Foxx actually has a gay porno in the works with Vivid. Don't believe me just ask him about it and tell him I told ya'll."

After a flurry of responses the report said Montana wrote, "Enough on Jamie though, I don't want to advertise his sex-tape debut for free," and added, "It's okay we have a lot of gay people in society let's not blame Jamie Foxx, blame society."

According to reports, Fishburne’s revelation came about after Foxx made some disparaging remarks on his Foxhole Sirus radio show about her “speckled booty" in the footage of her sex tape released last week.

Vivid was contacted but unavailable for comment at post time.

It might be otherwise if this were an illicit personal sex tape stolen or shopped by a pissed-off former lover. But to purposely make for VIVID and public relase.... no, no way. Jamie has made it big time in Hollywood. Any porn made for public release -- gay or straight -- would be a career killer.

I doubt he has a deal with Vivid, but it's been fairly well known for years that Jaime Foxx is gay, so there could be an amateur tape out there that Vivid bought the rights too.

Much more interesting on the celebrity front is the rumor that is getting much, much stronger over the past few days that the five year contract Tom Cruise has with Katy Holmes is up in a few months and she's asking for more of a payout at divorce time then the contract specifies.

Word on the street is she used a "nanny cam" to get some footage of him with David Beckham and figures keeping the footage away from the National Enquirer and not presented as evidence in divorce court is worth a couple extra million from both Cruise and Becks.

She's a smart girl - he tried to get her into a 10 year contract like he had with Kidman, but she would only go for a five year one.

This is the first I've heard of any of this so I don't know what is true and what is rumor. I do know this... if katy is smart as you say then she'll leave Beckham alone. Divorce haggling over 'evidence' is one thing but extortion is quite another. Ask the CBS producer that tried to extort Letterman.

She won't extort Becks. Hey lawyers will just tell Tom they plan to challenge the prenup and are willing to play the tape in court.

That sends the message to both Cruise and Becks that they need to come up with some cash. Katey may not give a shit if it comes out she was in a sham marriage, but Victoria Becks certainly would.
