I thought the world was coming to an end. But, all is OK now. How does something like this with one of the largest and powerful tech savvy companies happen?

According to Google, a minor and apparently innocuous programming error initiated a cascade that brought down their whole system. Oops! :blink: IMHO the wonder is not that it happened but that things like this do not happen more often.
