Jason Sechrest's event "Industry" featuring ten porn stars and a bunch of available boys returns this Saturday night to Eleven in West Hollywood from 6 PM till 11 PM for Dinner. Immediately following will be a fun eye candy event known at Rough House. I think this is the best idea Industry has had in terms of location and hours since its inception. SA, While you may be extremely hot and I have seen you have been at Industry Parties in past however the times I have stopped by which is 3-4 times when at numbers and while Porn Stars are that were there were in fact cute the available boys have seemed to be few and limited in style at least to my standards at best. I have gone 3-4 times and spent 2-4 drinks each time either in a booth or most of time at bar and while I seen a few known cute porn stars I have never seen anyone too available or anything I would remotely be interested. And even the boys of which I am not interested in seemed to congragate around one or two guys well known and you know who I am talking about. I can't even once say I was even said hi to or even cruised by one of these guys. I barely was even acknowledged by any of the Porn Stars. While you know I may be no "10" Porn star as we all know howver, I definately am not one that would cause any of the boys to not feel a good candidate and fairly average or better than average looks and personality. Maybe I am wrong and you are welcome to be open and state as you know exactly what my personality and looks are and would hurt my feeling. I think I am a fairly average 40's guy and very average looking and tend to have 90% of my acquaintances are young hot and fun. Maybe I am approaching situation wrong or just not forward enough to go round up these boys. Not that I would anyhow. If you were there and while you have a great body you would put all them to shame at least on nights I have been there. Maybe the Saturday Nights I was there just were off nights. They do tend to congregate together at times. I think the general theme that needs to be explained is that they are almost as intimidated at times as you. You probably should approach them if you're interested as they aren't sure how to go about things most of the time. In addition one has to consider it's a porn night, not an escort night ESPECIALLY at the new location. The other thing that I had to bring up elsewhere is that much of my experiences there are watching guys give them $1 or two and wonder why the guy leaves shortly thereafter and doesn't let him do some discreet fingering. Again, I know you're not in that category but things have to be worth everyone's while there. Finally I have to say I'm incredibly surprised to hear that you've been there THAT often and our paths have never crossed. The reason I promote so often is because Sechrest is one of my closest friends and I make it a point to be there for dinner or drinks at nearly every Industry that I've been in town and I can't say I've missed too many. Yes I know they have their off nights but sounds like you wait till I'm not in town since we've never seen each other ;-) So yeah ... if you go again, just find one you ARE interested in and talk to them. Buy THEM a drink and go from there ... they're paid to walk around in their underwear -- not read minds ;-) BTW, you have been keeeping an exceptionally low profile lately. Well I hate to hijack my own thread but I'll just give you a little blurb: This has been quite the year with some incredible ups and some very important downs. I think I've learned more in this last year than I did in an entire undergraduate degree; learned more about people, about priorities and most importantly about myself. I always told myself that I'd be retiring at 25. I never believed a client years ago who told me he'd rather take someone older than someone younger on vacation. It all makes so much more sense now and I'm loving escorting more than ever. I've lowered rates because of the recession and met more some people I never would have had the pleasure of seeing. Most importantly, I've learned how to pick and choose my battles and truly ignore morons on so many levels when they're talking out their asses and laughing quietly to myself when I know what truly motivates their spite. Most people have resolutions at New Years, most psychics tell you not to bother unless you were born on January first. This is definitely my new year and I have so much change and happiness in store for myself (which the happier I am means the happier the "consumers" here are ;-) ). Many of the fellas did a great job working the room last night.There were a LOT of them there-many different types.From twink(Jayden)to sexy guy nexy door(Jared Michaels,the YUMMY Spencer Whitman)to bad boys and hunks. they were able to get up and dance and the venue does lend itself to better socializing. Most of the other guys (maybe 80% of them) were way too twinkie for my tastes. Did they even weigh 90 pounds?? LOL But I do want to know who that one guy was. I haven't seen him before. Micky's was having Brazil night with the usual, and I mean usual (meaning way too repetitive) dancers. Ahhh EXPAT you must be referring to my new find Clint. Well, I can't take full credit. Have kinda cultivated him from the friendship with one of the less attractive dancers there last night. Lance is one of DV8's new signs and is typically quite subdued but still very hot and almost too charismatic (meaning he knows HOW to charm the pants off you while being a gay4pay ex marine) for his own good. That night "something" must have gotten into him displeasing all who were employing him :-/ BUT MEANWHILE Clint is his (also ex Marine) roommate who went from not wanting to KNOW about Lance doing, to being cool with hanging out with gay guys and porn stars, to spending time half naked at a gay after hours bar with me, spending time in a bathroom to now dancing on a box and discussing if "there'd be a market in porn for [him]." He's a really nice guy who I forsee being available very soon. I guess we definitely saw her from a different standpoint from the customers but Judy really is limited by what Maz lets her do. She may have let loose on nights her closer friends were there but I honestly think personal attacks on her accomplish nothing.
