TotallyOz Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 I saw Cher in concert this week. I really enjoyed it. I loved the crowd and as always she has her share of gays. It was a striking difference in ages of the couples I saw. The MAJORITY were one older and one younger. Very noticeably. Not just random but a striking majority. Has this now become mainstream? Is this the true new trend? Is it just that the tickets are expensive and mostly successful couples can afford them? Quote
AdamSmith Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 I sure hope so. You (compliment, you understand) perv! Quote

Going to Cher... at what..$200 a seat? That's going to be the kind of couple you find. In Montreal, when you go to Club Sandwich, most of the couples sitting in the booths are similar in age. When you go to OttO at the W hotel, and their WunderBar...well, they look more like me and my date! LOL But that's why I like Unity... both kinds of couples co-exist pretty seamlessly, and pretty non-judgmentally. Quote
Guest EXPAT Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 By the way, Cher turned 63 on May 20th!! Happy Birthday Cher!!!! Quote
