I have been known to put pen to paper and write a complaint letter to an airline or a hotel on occasion :lol:

These are just outstanding!

First is a letter to Richard Branson of Virgin Airlines-please imagine either John Cleese or Michael Caine Reading it outl oud for the full effect.

These folks are to be comended for taking the time needed to launch succesful Viral campaigns against these companies.This is the ultimate fear of hotel/airline PR departments!
