This just a preliminary injunction to halt construction before a full hearing in November(?). VT is still selling units as if there were no problem and they think the City of Pattaya will prevail in the end. There is a long thread with more details in the Pattaya Forum on ThaiVisa.

I'll retract it then until I can find the source.
