Arghhhhhh-I am getting old

This is a rather personal confession-but one that I know is shared by many of the MERmen.

I am getting old

Last night I had a very hot boy grinding his stuff ito my lap at Numbers.I was beng (VERY)generous to him but when he reached down to see if he was having any "effect"on me he was,,,, dissapointed.

I was having a good time,it was hot,he was hot.....but I was not hard which seemed to really upset hi-and he whispered that in my ear.I assured him it was not him-rather it was the very public setting.

I have never been enthusiastic about lap dances in bars-even those that have semi private spaces for this activity.If there are private rooms for play(such as Montreal bars have)then I might get a little more into it.

But more than that is the decrease in my libido which I assume is a condition that came with the onset of middle age.I do not take any of the so called Erectile Dysfunction medications because when the time is right everything works just fine.I am just not that likely to pop wood in the situations I used to as quickly.

Rather than question this as if it were a failing of my manhood I just chalk it up to the march of time.

Now I know this is a VERY personal topic,and most of you will not want to share on the subject.However I thought if I was upfront and totally honest some of you might want to chime in.

I'm pleased to say that, as my 45th birthday approaches, I can pop a boner as easily as I did at 20 when the circumstances arise. Anyone care to try for 70? We’re all different physically and I’m sure we all experience the effects of aging at different times and to different degrees. I can remember being able to piss on a fly on a wall five feet away from me, but now I’m just happy not to dribble down my pants.

As for ED, up to only a couple of years ago, my erections were still "respectable". Certainly not to the same degree (literally and figuratively) as in my earlier years, but they seldom failed me. Time marches on for all of us... at different paces to be sure. I haven't reached Ted's milestone yet but I'm well beyond Conway. Compromised performance is the basic reason I cannot justify $300/hr for anything...lol. Now if I was still the randy 18 yo I was once I could put up a pretty good run for that money -- definitely worthwhile experience then, but that is history. Got to live in the here and now unfortunately.

You're right. Apparently my remark was more ambiguous than I intended. It's firmly rooted in my own experience, as I think I've said here before, but isn't limited to it.

Speaking as someone who has always been attracted to mature men exclusively, I've never found it a problem if/when my partner takes a bit of extra time to fully rise to the occasion. In fact, I welcome it... not only do I get to try lots of ways to find what excites him most, it also gives us more time to enjoy the foreplay/buildup (which for me is one of the most important parts of intimate encounters).
