Guest StuCotts Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 I was there by 7:15, and the line was already around two corners and half-way down a long block. When I left an hour later it was longer yet. A poll worker told me she got there at 5:30 and already found a line. Even for an area that usually takes its voting resposibility pretty seriously, this is extreme. Unexpectedly, the process was essentially glitchless and fast. It makes me wonder what might have been if this many voters had been there in 2000 and 2004. Quote

Guest havan Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 No lines at all at my polling place! Very fast and painless. And just maybe this year Florida will be blue state! Quote
