Guest StuCotts Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 I've never seen so many promos for a returning series as for this one, all of them elaborately produced. As everybody knows by now, the show's premise is a bit dark. But it's a great favorite of mine, as is the to my mind red-hot Michael C. Hall. Great actor too. http://www.tv.com/photos/viewer.html?type=...8&tag=photo Quote

Members marcanthony Posted September 18, 2008 Members Posted September 18, 2008 I have never seen this show but on your recommendations, I'll give it a shot. Be prepared. It's a delightful show that's just (for lack of a better word) bizarre. Nothing like making a serial killer the glamorized protagonist. It's pretty interesting stuff. Quote

TotallyOz Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 Well, you are right. Bizarre is perhaps a good word to describe it. Great storyline and writing. Just finished the first episode with my jaws dropped a few times. Looking forward to seeing more over the week. Quote
TotallyOz Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 Just finished Season 2. Great show with so many twists and turns you can't think straight. I couldn't stop watching and had to see the next show each time. Thanks for the recommendation. Quote

If anything, I think the writing is improved and the actors are more than living up to it. My enthusiasm for the show increases. On the tacky side, it doesn't hurt that Michael C. Hall spent more time out of his clothes in this episode than in any other that I remember. I applaud the development and hope it turns into a trend. It would be great icing on the cake. Quote
