As I'm sure most of you know the Red Cross won't let any even marginally sexually active gay men donate blood. Even if all you've done is give blow jobs and your ass is pure as snow.

I've always thought it was bullshit, because a girl who has had unprotected sex with five random guys a week for years can give blood, but if you suck one cock you can't.

WTF?

Now an anti-discrimination tribunal in Australia is hearing a case that may change that, because a dude is claiming that the ban is denying him his civil rights.
