WTF? Idiots?

Really, how does anyone get to post something like this on Daddy's Place unchallenged? Not even in the review section, but in the Deli section? I've had several communications with this handsome young man, and will be hooking up with him, as he is prompt in his email responses, and comes across as a very, very nice young man.

" I asked the same question several months ago on this forum. As I recall, I got an endorsement so gave him a try. I will say that his cock is as advertised. Great for oral, but too big for anything else (for me). The experience taught me something. A great cock without more isn't a satisfying experience. He is a very nice guy, but I was not attracted to him physically. He is fairly nice looking with a very average build. I prefer someone who is in great shape. I am about 20 years older than Ariassos and am in much better shape. I gave him some pointers on how to get in shape. There just was not any spontaneity or connection and he was overly concerned about not messing up his bed. Maybe the difference in age contributed to lack of connection. Remember, this was just my experience, maybe others have had more success. I hope this helps."

His cock is too big for you to take up your uptiight ass? And, yet you HIRED him, knowing that? You were not attracted to him physically, and yet, you HIRED him, knowing that? You prefer a steroided out, shriveled up cock, spend all day in the gym bunny, like yourself, and yet, you HIRED him, knowing that it is obvious by his pics that he is just a good looking, yet slim, non-gym obsessed man?

You gave him pointers? LOL!, as I sure hope he gave you pointers to the nearest exit!

All that aside, I find it disgusting, that Daddy's Place allows such non-verifiable assaults upon escorts. They have no shame or accountability, whatsoever, at that site.

Guess I'm a little confused. You want them to monitor and/or edit posts in a message center?!?!?!

If this was a formal review then I'd question if it should be posted. But, I feel that monitoring, censoring, and/or editing messages in an open forum is very problematic. Who is going to decide what is appropriate? The monitors (who have vested interest in the site)?

I say that formal reviews need to be reviewed for accuracy and validity. But posts in a message center should be free from censorship - whether is it this site or elsewhere.

Sorry for the confusion. They already monitor/edit posts at that message center, and certainly don't do so on an unbiased basis.

Wasn't that the whole point of my post? No comments, not substantiated by a formal, verified review by a poster, should be allowed to be posted in a forum. If you hired and didn't post a review, that has been validated as to your veracity, should not be allowed as a posting on any thread!

"I say that formal reviews need to be reviewed for accuracy and validity. But posts in a message center should be free from censorship - whether is it this site or elsewhere."

And I say, that no one, should be free to post anything about an escort, without verification, in a message center, attached to an escort review site. BTW: NO such thing as "censorship" or right to "free speech" on an internet site!

Well, they would need a lot more monitors if they were to make every post up to the standards of the Southern Man. They'd have to be like hawks, watching every post!

But really, why not make your point over there where it might do some good? ;)

So you've still got your tallons out and are always ready to swoop down like some greedy, starving, hawk scavaging for some little morsel to devour in order to feed a weak ego.

I am the author of the initial inquiry about Ariassos and found both replies to be somewhat helpful. Of course an acutal, formal, review would be better but no such credible documentation exists that I could find. So like many I posted a 411 question in a forum that gets a high volume of traffic to increase the chances of a response.

IMO, there's nothing wrong with the poster's description of his experience and what's there to challenge in the first place? All reviews are subjective anyway so its up to the client to make a determination based on the preponderance of the reviews. This response was not even a review but rather a comment. The poster in question hired the guy and liked him on a personal level but found the experince lacking. As to why he hired a guy that may not have fit his personal criteria may be a good question but I could actually care less in my decision process.

Why don't you follow Lucky's advice and use one of your alternate personas to pose the question in the appropriate forum on the site in question? However, rather than highjack my post I would appreicate it if you initiate another one for this purpose. Nothing is more annoying that to have simple 411 posts become mired in back and forth responses by partisans seeking to stir up trouble rather than real discussion.

Yeah, same old tired response with the usual, always predictable aspersions about other posters, so

nothing new there, huh?

And your point is just what again? I didn't deride your 911, just derided the responses that it generated.

How do you know that he hired the guy??? Anyone can post anything about any escort in the Deli section, unchallenged.

Of course, any one, any time can post a bogus review, also, as witness ncm's totally bogus review of his latest "project"?

LMFAO!!! I don't have ANY other personas at Daddy's Place (unlike the obnoxious poster Zip, Fuk, or Thunder, huh?), never did, and I have no desire to ever post there, much less submit a review! A totally useless site, imo, that will not post a review from any ip address that GOD forbid has ever disagreed with Daddy and/or deej. IMO, it is a totally worhtless site!

How did I annoy you again, using your very own criteria, " nothing is more annoying than to have simple 411 posts become mired in back and forth responses by partisans seeking to stir up trouble rather than real discussion"? My post was here, and yours was at Daddy's, so just how did I mire up your post over there?

Hey, btw, just how old are you? If you're over 25, and STILL can't make a decision of WHO to hire, without asking PLEASE, DADDY, DADDY, DADDY, PLEASE????, then that speaks volumes about you, doesn't it??

Isn't that the way to fix something in a message center -- challenge it, not censor it?

Couple of decades ago, when the PC speech police were rampant on college campuses, Yale looked at the thing, and decided, contrary to fashion, that in speech, more is more:

...We take a chance, as the First Amendment takes a chance, when we commit ourselves to the idea that the results of free expression are to the general benefit in the long run, however unpleasant they may appear at the time...

We have considered the opposing argument that behavior which violates these social and ethical considerations should be made subject to formal sanctions, and the argument that such behavior entitles others to prevent speech they might regard as offensive. Our conviction that the central purpose of the university is to foster the free access of knowledge compels us to reject both of these arguments. They assert a right to prevent free expression. They rest upon the assumption that speech can be suppressed by anyone who deems it false or offensive. They deny what Justice Holmes termed "freedom for the thought that we hate." They make the majority, or any willful minority, the arbiters of truth for all. If expression may be prevented, censored or punished, because of its content or because of the motives attributed to those who promote it, then it is no longer free. It will be subordinated to other values that we believe to be of lower priority in a university.

The conclusions we draw, then, are these: even when some members of the university community fail to meet their social and ethical responsibilities, the paramount obligation of the university is to protect their right to free expression. This obligation can and should be enforced by appropriate formal sanctions. If the university's overriding commitment to free expression is to be sustained, secondary social and ethical responsibilities must be left to the informal processes of suasion, example, and argument.

HELLO! my fellow lover of poetry!!! Hope that you're having a wonderful Holiday! ^_^ I'm so honored that my idiotic rant resulted in you replying!

In honor of you and my favorite poet, and she always seems to have somethiing appropriate to say:

"A bird came down the walk:

He did not know I saw;

He bit an angle-worm in halves

And ate the fellow, raw.

And then he drank a dew

From a convenient grass,

And then hopped sidewise to the wall

To let a beetle pass.

He glanced with rapid eyes

That hurried all abroad,--

They looked like frightened beads, I thought;

He stirred his velvet head

Like one in danger; cautious,

I offered him a crumb,

And he unrolled his feathers

And rowed him softer home

Than oars divide the ocean,

Too silver for a seam,

Or butterflies, off banks of noon,

Leap, splashless, as they swim.

Emily Dickinson A Bird Came Down The Walk - Poem Lyrics - Emily Dickinson - A Bird Came Down

In other words, birds are very vicious ^_^

When we first started this site, one thing was agreed upon. That is that we would monitor the forums and make sure it stayed a gentleman's forum. We rarely remove any posts. We try to keep the forums a free flowing area where posters can post anything they want within the guidelines and still keep the interest flowing in the site. TY and Barry are amazing at this. They both have a firm grasp of the site and the posters on the forum. I have always thought that free speech is important and believed this on every board I have been a member. But, there are lines that need to be drawn and when those are crossed we do step in. Take a look at the Forum Guidelines. It was written as an example of what can and cannot be posted. When people still to the topic and don't get personal attacks involved, we keep our distance. I must say that the forums provide me great job and I love all the different points of view. I don't always agree with them, but I do enjoy a good conversation. Thanks to all who participate.

Good one!, and yet so TRUE. Jump on any other bandwagons lately, with your best friend Lucky? Steven Draker will know what that means.

One only has to look at Lucky's posting about Brian Ocean to understand the point I was trying to make with this thread. Sheesh, for the only time in my life, I have to agree with deej.

I wonder if it will ever end?! I hope it does, but I sincerely doubt that it will.

Poem lyrics of Hope Is The Thing With Feathers by Emily Dickinson. (I love feathers! ^_^)

Hope is the thing with feathers

That perches in the soul,

And sings the tune without the words,

And never stops at all,

And sweetest in the gale is heard;

And sore must be the storm

That could abash the little bird

That kept so many warm.

Wow. What are the odds of getting The Hawk and deej both mad at me on the same day? I'd better hurry up and buy a lottery ticket.

My logon on this site is SouthernMan, so please respond to my postings on this site by that name, okay?

Your post on Daddy's served no purpose whatsoever, other than to use an already known/posted/discussed software glitch, as an opportunity to trash an escort whose looks you don't like, in the Deli section. deej called you out on it, and I agree with him doing sol

Once again, the whole point of my thread.

I admit to flogging a dead horse re Draker. I also admit I'm liable to do it again. If online communities have a prime directive, it is Thou shalt not post under multiple identities. I think that, at any rate.

Perfect, again. Touche.

This is what MC repartee is about.

For what it is worth, I am unable to continue punishing Steven Draker for the mistake he made and am willing to give him another chance.

Va Hawk, on the other hand, has no right criticzing anyone who stirs the shit. He has long been one of the most destructive forces on the boards.
