I was aware that Candians were strict about entry of individuals with DUI or drug records. I assumed murder and mayhem were also frowned upon.

As part of 9/11 Canada and US are sharing databases of individuals with prior offenses. Seems only prudent but it is too bad that some good guys get caught up in it. Nice to know there is an appeal process but I bet that is an steep, uphill road.
