Emails can be sent to Congress at http://www.senate.gov and http://www.house.gov/. Find your representatives, each has his/her own page and email message form on that page. They listen well to lobbyists and occasinally even to constituents in wobbly political years. The squeeky wheel gets the oil. Quote
