Yesterday a full downpour with floods in the afternoon and today more rain. What is happening to the weather? Rain in Feb unheard of. There was a very brief drizzle yesterday in the afternoon, just enough to ruin a clean car, and no rain today. Where in Pattaya did you get all that rain ?
