Council of Representatives member Abdullah Al Dossari introduced the measure as part of a comprehensive bill of fines and jail terms targeting illegal behavior online, which he said runs the gamut from pornography to economic crimes. And why would any sane person want to go there on holiday? Unless you had to go there on business ...which begs the question why anyone would want to do business there in the first place.
