For those who might have missed his inaugural post Lucky has joined us today. I want to be the first to openly welcome him to the M.E.R. Forum.

With that said I am somewhat concerned and even wondering if we have the "real" Lucky.

Are you sure you'll be comfortable posting on a site you swore you never would post of? I don't mean this to sound rude or offensive but this message center is for those of free thought.

On the message center you know well the one where the main site closed today they censor thought. Some people are clearly more comfortable in that type of environment. To be able to email a moderator pal or create hostility due to your own personal conservative views on everything is not something tolerated here. Once again this forum supports free thought. I sure hope you're the "real" Lucky.

Actually I recall a post made by you that clearly stated you would never be part of a site because OZ was a supporter of the right to bareback and the owner of the very popular barebacking site bareback.com So possibly you aren't the "real" Lucky. because the "real" Lucky would never acknowledge a site such as M.E.R.

I do remember an interesting quote that you posted, “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other, or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.” Doesn't your presence here create an internal conflict between your "two masters?"

If you are the "real" Lucky we sure can use someone with your knowledge, sincerity and respectability to add value to this forum.

Four Aces, it was established long ago that Lucky was a hypocrite, but you know that. I am surprised he registered here under the "Lucky" handle, I would have thought he would have used one of his many aliases from ES, you know, mvan, mebaron or one of his other more "original" ones.

Could I be under moderation? How ironic as I was one of the first members to be granted unmoderated status after HooBoy instituted universal moderation in response to the first great meltdown.

Also, daddy went on record during Tri's South American start-up that he didn't care to censor competition and would be helpful if he could. The comment was stated generally, not specifically with respect to Tri although it was in response to that event.

Let me join with FourAces in saying welcome. Any forum not only needs people with diverse opinions but also only succeeds when it has them. Not everyone will agree with what I say or do and not everyone will agree with TY or Barry. If they did, it would be a very boring world.

There is a great new Showtime series called Weeds. I love the song in the beginning as it talks about the houses in the burbs all made of ticky tack and all looking the same. How horrible. I love diversity and those with different opinions.

Anyone searching Google for Hooboy will see who's putting money into being deceptive or engaging in misdirection. There's ONE sponsored (i.e. paid) link, and that ain't Hooboy's site.

Omissions are deceptive too. There was a post here a day or so ago asking about specific non-reviewed escorts. Your reply was lengthy and articulate and completely omitted the fact that those escorts ARE reviewed, just not here.

I took under consideration that I may have screwed it up so I tried three separate attempts. That doesn't preclude the possibility, it only lessens it or resovles that it is likely to remain beyond my capabiity. BTW, I am cognizant of the reverse button positions and took special care to make sure I played with your rules.

You say that advertising on Google is being deceptive? Pleeease. Then Google and much of its community -- all of its advertisers -- are engaging in misdirection and deception. We actually tout our Google ads to our escorts. It benefits them every bit as much as us. In summary, WTF... pleeeease.

I honestly didn't know that they were reviewed. I assumed they were not since the question was posed and because I also assume that almost everyone out there knows of your site and its extensive database. So if a question such as that is posed it is likely they are not reviewed -- to my mind.

Your input at that point would have been beneficial to the client and welcomed here. We are here to share information for the benefit of our members. We do not subscribe to the NIH syndrome. (Not Invented Here for those not familiar.)

So in the end I decided that if I cannot offer up a fish then I can teach someone how to fish. You want to keelhaul me for that?

Not true. If you wish to raise issues, skold the admin or offer up information to clients seeking it you are always welcome. We don't have to agree on everything or anything. You know that.

People change thier minds, they grow, they may want to expiernce new things that they may have thought they wouldn't like. Have you said you wouldn't do something and then later on down the road changed your mind and given that something a whirl? If Lucky wants to post here or anywhere else it's his choice to do so regardless if he said he wouldn't or would.
