You could probably get the visa and COE in time to fly to Thailand next week. After 15 nights quarantine, you should be free to go bar hopping in early January. Quote

Guest Posted December 14, 2020 Posted December 14, 2020 Whilst it's not applicable to everyone, a lot of office employees are working from home at present, using their laptops. They could work for 2 weeks in Bangkok whilst in quarantine, then start holiday directly after the release date. Of course, this requires the employer to be reasonable, or incapable of detecting that the employee has switched working location. This does require people to pay up for 2 weeks in a quarantine hotel, but this comes in below the daily spend rate when having fun and there are some good hotel deals around after release. Quote
