I have had good experiences in Hong Kong, Macau, and Shanghai but the boys all work through the apps (grindr, blued etc), price is fairly comparable but the age old problem of the picture matching who turns up is still an issue. Accommodation and overall travel costs were higher than Thailand, especially HK. Also, they have quite high infection rates for the plague. 1 Other Asian countries. Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines etc. Like Thailand, these are currently closed, unless you can wrangle a business visa. 2 Latin America. Last time I looked, Brazil & Mexico were open, with no entry restrictions. Plague infection rates are high, but declining. I haven't been to either, but from what people write, they are interesting.
