Trip Report Christmas and New Year 2.0 Rinse and Repeat

Day 3

After Y left, which is closed to 10am, I checked my messages and replying jason and maleire for a bit before my after breakfast nap. Maleire is going back home today. I woke up around 1pm, more texting before heading to iconsiam for my late breakfast. Took the BTS, then the free shuttle boat and i ate the mix rice dish, 50 baht for rice and two dish, 60 for 3 dish. I chose thai fish cake with bamboo shoot with chicken, and also bought mango sticky rice for another 50baht. This is definitely worth the price and i got to eat in a very upscaled shopping mall. The mall mustve subsidized these seller on rent at the very least, otherwise i cant think how the seller can sustain selling food this cheap in such an expensive mall. After lunch, I went around the mall window shopping and also went to the apple store, which have access to the outside garden terrace with view of the river and i can clearly see Mahankhon tower from here. The weather is quite hot so i didnt stay long there.  

Back to my Laos predicament. One of the reason i didnt immediately say yes to Y is to first check the hotel and flight prices, and see if its what im willing to pay. Flight was rather on the high side for a short distance but it is a very late purchase, but the hotel price are very reasonable for a hotel room with balcony for Y to smoke, so i decided to take him with me afterall. I did went through all the reason why taking Y with me is a good decision. First, apart from LT tip, only major expense added are flight, and food which i understand from reading the internet as well as asking some friends is really cheap in Laos. Second, Y ticked so many boxes of what i consider a good companion. He remembers me after 1 year. He has no hesitation to go LT with me. He dont mind walking to Pullman G. His services in the bedroom deserve 5 ticks lol. When i brought up Laos, he is the one who offered to go with me, another tick. And after we had our LT session, he still interested to go with me to Laos, for whatever reason, he can stand being with me for more than 8 hour, another tick. He can hold a conversation as well, rarely i need to use google translate. He also opened up about what i consider very private issues, and i am a sucker for meaningful conversation like this. And of course, he insisted to pay for the dinner, which might just be a ploy or an act of being manly as he knows he will get them back through tips, but still a nice gesture nonetheless. I might sound bias because i like him very much. 

Lastly, Laos trip is supposed to be my recovery trip, free and easy, without much planning involved. So even if he suddenly decided he dont want to walk, or want to stay in hotel or want to go back early etc, it wont bother me much as long as at night, he delivers. Vientiane isnt that far from thailand, and its only for 3 nights, so i think he is worth the risk. So I texted Y, and told him ill take him. Asked him for his Passport details, and booked the hotel and flight using expedia. I shared with him his flight details and told him that we will meet at the airport as ill be coming from pattaya that morning. So yeah, ive given this a lot of thought. At that time, I just cant find one reason that is a deal breaker for me to take him. As a bonus for him, he is due to do his visa run as well and my trip to laos is actually 2 days earlier than his visa. So it works perfectly for both of us. Plus, I doubt i can find boys as easily in Laos, especially of this quality. 

Back to trip reporting, after iconsiam, I went to prime again, and again allowed to choose from ipad. From the selection, I saw the masseur i had yesterday amongst the list, so i chose him again. Even more sensual than yesterday, but still no HE offered, and i expected none anyway but the massage was so relaxing. I actually almost forgot about my visit to prime today, as i checked my conversations history and didnt find any mention of prime visit, but i do recalled i took the same masseur twice from Prime, and given that this is my last night here before leaving to pattaya tomorrow, this is the only time i couldve taken him again. 

Tonight, I will be meeting divinemadman, anddy and jason1975 for dinner and bar visits. We decided to pay homage to madrid tavern, my first visit this trip for our dinner before heading out for bar visit. The pizza as always, amazing but the discussion we had is even more interesting lol. 4 of us are massage lover so that topic is definitely discussed, especially when we have Divinemadman with us. Apart from exhanging notes on massage places and the boys, we discussed our preference on massage table vs bed, with or without facehole and hand position when facing down. Third night bar visit

I told andy  and jason that I would like to see the Soi tawan bars. Its my first time ever to visit them and in each bars, we find someone who at least passable, while in some it was not the boys but rather the guy who open the doors. Nature boy only have 2 boys, but i like the guy who opened the door and then left somewhere. Both jason and andy also like one boy out of the two. Yesterday jupiter visit, we waited until the Karaoke session only to found out that our favorite singer, Poppy is not singing yesterday. But mamasan told us poppy will be performing today, so me and jason make our way to Jupiter after hotmale. Its close to midnight already, and once we arrived, boys was already on their last catwalk before the show ends. I noticed the guy i like, yesterday backup plan in case Y said no to LT, is still on stage and still wearing his number. I took this guy before, in Aug/Sep trip but only ST as he dont do LT. I called mamasan to bring him for a drink and i coyingly asked if he will do LT this time. And to my surprise again, he said yes. I mustve done something good in life to be able to hit a lucky streak of getting guys to do LT 3 times in a row, with 2 of them says no to LT on previous encounter. Without delaying, I told mamasan im offing him, but told him i want to enjoy the karaoke first so he can change his clothes and bought him a drink. 

The karaoke night was fun too. Poppy the handsome face, beautiful voice star singer was there with a newish smaller and slimmer guy with much deeper voice. We each had some song requested but my first english song requested was not known to either singer, so does at least 5 other songs i suggested, so i change my request to a thai song i really like, made famous by the mask singer oyster, by being the most watch youtube video in the world for the year 2017. English title is "Until we become dust". And poppy sings the songs flawlessly! And lots of the waiters and boys also knows the song and it suddenly becomes almost like a private concert hehe. I guess i need to start finding more thai song to like after this. My guy did excuse himself to smoke outside at some point. 

Anyway, its time for me to leave the bar and back to hotel, this time we took a taxi. Back at hotel, i found out why he can do LT tonight, as he said his BF is back in his home country. Session was as good as i remember and of course LT was great too. However, around 6am or so, he asked if he can leave early, saying he couldnt sleep. He did stay quite long and i am in such a good mood that although i wish he couldve stayed for the breakfast, I dont mind him leaving soon. There is another reason why im not as mad but ill leave that for my next day reporting. 3 night in bangkok, 3 LT, all are repeat, 2 from last trip in Aug, but one was from last year trip.

Poppy is an amazing singer and that is a very difficult song. I often wonder why he does not audition for one of the record companies and become a real pop star instead of making his career singing in bars. He has the looks and talent for sure.

We all know wisdom or not, there is always exception. Again, 1 was implant from BBB, and another was luck as he suddenly have his night open up hehe. Not sure how much my charm plays into that anymore than my money lol.

Music industry is very complicated and very competitive, so without powerful and rich supporter, its hard to go far. My guess is, its better to have a regular gig with stable income while chasing his dream. But i agree he got the look, the voice, and that is a difficult song to sing and he did it perfectly.

Once I saw Poppy singing duet with a Chinese female customer. He can sing a few Chinese songs although I can’t tell how good his Chinese is. lol

The song was from a very popular Chinese import TV drama series in Thailand last year. Poppy sang a male vocalist part. The customer looked very pleased.

I don’t have the same intense feel that I have for Rome when I see Ohm and Jab. But see how first.

That is a nice itinerary. Some of the model guy i follow also appear in maggie choo for their special events, with the last one i saw were there during halloween. U might see male models hired for their CNY shows too.

don't be too cynical. Sure boys are in if for money but they have their feelings and preferences as much as we do and sometimes are making amendments to their habits after ythey get to know us a bit better.

Of course, i do think similar things too, just trying to be humble. Of course if the boys willing to be with us for LT, or even when they are not rushing an ST session, it shows that at the very least, they are content being with us. I just asked one of my regular here why he dont do overnight with customer and he gave probably 3 very valid reason, mostly his own habit, which he believes might annoys customer and make them stop being his customer. So while we might have our own idea of having LT, some guys are just not LT material and it got nothing to do with the customer and ive learned to live with that. Some guys are worth having even for ST lol

There are many reasons why some boys do not do LT :

1. Some boys can do more than one ST a night so it is more profitable.

2. They have wife/girlfriend/boyfriend who not allowed LT.

3. It's a part time job they have regular daily job or they students so they are not free to do  LT.

4. The boy is not LT material prefer to be with freinds, family or do other things than be with a customer overnight or 24/7 .

Tip/hint for others who may think of going VTE/Laos: any ASEAN does not need visa. Farang do, but that simply means paying 30/40US$ on entry-depends on your nationality. THai can even sneak in for a day or 2 with their ID only but are then restricted to the province of VTE, not whole country.

To cut the cost of going there-I will not recommend overnight train to NonghKhai+shuttle trainlet acros brdige-thats for diehard railfans. Nor the many overnight or also daytime long-dist. buses.

FLY to Udorn at domestic rate-also flights from that Pattaya airprt and take direct van/shuttlebus from airpt to Borderbridge and onward. Takes a ittle longer but can save nearly half the price. Its in fact only very recently that Laos allowed budgetflites in-they want to protect their own feeble state-airline.

And once again we see that here in TH nothing ever is the same-same for anyone anywhere-exceptions, in this case very nice ones (had those too last week) en sometimes not so nice are always to be expected. You make this story quite with some cliffhangers-so that people get very curious about what to happen next.

Day 4

First of all, sorry for few days absence of reporting. Its long weekend here but I am too lazy to update. 

Today, i'll be making my way to Pattaya. As mentioned before, my longtime companion asked to leave early, but he didnt woke me up, but rather waited until i woke up before taking shower and dressed up to leave. Its clear that he doesnt do LT often, and wanted to go back to sleep. A sleep-deprived boy is not what i want too, so I said ok and sent him off with his tip. In my mind, I will still off him in the future, but definitely only for ST or maybe with a little incentive, a prolonged ST rather than LT unless he changed his mind and willing to go LT and sleep only after breakfast lol. His service is still really good, very passionate and gosh that body is firm and hot. In fact, I didnt even thought of taking him LT and was equally surprised he said yes when asked. But another big reason that im not so pissed off that he asked to leave early is I already have another boy arranged to come before i checked out of the hotel. 

I have been texting this guy even before I arrived in bangkok. Ive been seeing him before, but never at my hotel. He worked in Arena, and each trip, Ill try my best to go there with him at least once a trip. His english is pretty limited, hence I am not sure if he will come to my hotel or not. My first plan was to have him overnight yesterday, but he later texted me he went to play footbal that night, so cannot overnight with me. Having never had him even come to my hotel before, i didnt expect an overnight with him is possible, so i had jupiter dancer for my backup. So when he said he cant overnight, i asked if he can come the next morning instead, and he said yes. Told him i stay near arena, and next morning, before breakfast, i texted him. Got no reply, so i called him and he answered and said he will come after shower. 

He arrived at my hotel around 10am. He did his normal arena routine and for the next hour i am in 7th heaven lol. He always deliver and weirdly enough, I prefer his massage in my hotel bed better than massage table for the first time. I usually take 90min massage in arena, but at the hotel i didnt specify any time and go with the flow and we finished a bit early as he moved to the fun part earlier but that also means the fun part is longer too. Paid him standard ST tips and considering how much he will make for 1 hour massage at shop plus tip, he definitely got more. He told me he has a car and drive to work usually, and today is his off day as he will go back home so he is happy to get to earn tips right before he goes back home. Given my bad experience with arena mamasan before, and he is one of the reason i still go to arena, if i can avoid going to arena, Ill continue this way. No rush of time, boys gets to keep all the tips, and no rude mamasan. Maybe next time, i can finally gets to take him LT. 

My hotel gave me a late check out so i can check out at 2pm. I head out to have brunch since i skipped breakfast for my morning massage session. Before i head to Suvarnabhumi Airport for the bus to pattaya, I planned to meet with @z909 to catch up and chat. I texted him half an hour before check out and he told me he will arrived a bit after 2 pm so we agree to meet for coffee at KERK, near chong nongsi BTS. Great cosy hipster cafe and we chatted more than 2 hours on many topics, sharing our experiences. He just came back from pattaya so he also share with me some updates there as well. I also asked some pointer on Laos, as it is my first time there. Close to 5pm, I excused myself as i needed to start moving if i want to be ready for tonight bar visit in Boyztown. Took BTS to Phaya Thai, and change to MRT straight to Suvarnabhumi airport. Went to the Airport bus ticket counter, bought a ticket and only have to wait 30min for the next bus. Arrived at Pattaya a little over 7.30pm or so, and checked out at hotel Zing around 8pm. Took a quick shower and i am ready to go out exploring Pattaya after one year absence. 

Thanks to @williewillie who updated in the forum about Xboys 10th Anniversary party which is happening tonight, so Im anxious to see what they have to offer. Last year visit, I did off my first regular boy from pattaya from this bar so I did have a great memories from this bar. I did reread my pattaya report on xboys so i can make some comparison after 1 year visit. Took songthaew to Boyztown, grab quick dinner and made my way to Xboys, and had a peak in Abomb on the way, and didnt really see any stunner there yet. So I continue to Xboys while making note that Dreamboys on the opposite side also have shows close around 11.30pm or so.

Its about 10pm when enter Xboys and its a full house, with lots of regulars, friends of owners, and owners from other bars coming to visit and celebrate Xboys party. There is a french guy hosting the event, and when i enter, there are in the middle of pulling out numbers for lucky draws. Prizes range from 100 baht discount in one of the bars or karaoke bars in pattaya, to a bottle of whiskey, and even fancy dinner in some Jomtien restaurant. Shows starts 15min after 10pm, and tonight they have 3 shows, 2 more at 1130pm, and another 1.15am. Not sure if they have similar time and number of show everynight or just for this anniversary, but i know they do have at least 2 shows other days previously. 

I ended up staying for all the shows, and got a lucky draw as well lol. I can honestly say their shows improved a lot compared to last year. I cant recall the order exactly but big cock parade and sex shows are the opening act, with the first show is a 3some sex show with 2 big cock top, taking turn fucking one super horny bottom, and of course they parade through the crowd to get tips and gave a close up view of the show. The previously BBBoy breakdancing show that is unique to BBB is now featured in this bar too, for all 3 shows as well with the last shows, all bbboys are now shirtless. In the last shows, seems like different boys comes to do the shows that i didnt saw before, and these boy dont wears numbers nor came back on the stage during rotation, so i guess they are hired just for the show as well? That would be my guess. There are other shows typical of gogo boys shows, such as candle dancing show similar to one ive seen in Hotmale. They did this in at least two shows with different performers, but the last shows was done by those boys who dont wear numbers, and they are generally better looking, older yet perform much better than the previous boys, complete with wax inside mouth and fire eating. Of course there are lady boys numbers too, but only one per show, and it was funny and not annoying without any genital exposed. All in all, the shows, the boys, the lucky draws have kept me entertained the whole night, it was a night to remember and definitely a highlight for me in terms of shows. I did won myself a bottle of whiskey at Xboys. Well technically, by the end of the 3rd shows, they asked all the customers, who didnt get any prizes yet and gave each of us at least one lucky draw vouchers lol. 

By third show, I noticed some familiar face came to join the party, and they are the mamasans and waiters from BBB. I guess in the mix are also mamasan, waiters and boys from other bars too, but i didnt know them enough to recognize them. At the end of the party, the Thai owner announced special lucky draw grand prizes. 2 prize of 5K baht cash, of 100 notes wads, and 1 10k baht cash in 1k notes. The first winner of 5K baht seems to be a lady, seems to be related to the boss, and she went ahead and throw the cash to the stage for the boys to take. 2nd winner was a french guy, also a regular or maybe part owner of other bar, as the MC knows him by name, and he asked the MC to give the money to all boys and staff, so MC make all of them to queue and give them one by one, and each of them says thank you to the guy. The 10k baht winner is also someone well known to the crowd there, not sure what if he is owner or vip customer but he kept the winning for himself. There are few guys in the crowd that have been winning lucky draws multiple times as entry for lucky draw is through buying drinks, with opening a bottle gave u 10 entries. The owner are really in giving mode, though i believe lots of the vouchers mightve been gift from other bars as well. 

The party ends with a speech from the owner thanking everyone and singing happy bday song and cutting the cake and distribute them to all boys and customers alike, along with free wine to staff and boys. It was definitely a fun party and i am glad i was able to be part of it. It was close to 2.30am when i decided to leave. But not before i had a chance to see if anyone i want to off. One particular guy, which i really like his face, though his body is regular but wide and toned, does interest me. He has that bad boy look and he did the first shower show, and while its not the sexiest, i dont hate it. At one point, he was called by a customer for a drink and at that point i figured he will be offed, but before i left, i saw him going back to the stage. So i call mamasan, discuss the off, mamasan pushing ST using their room, but i told him i want at my hotel for LT. 

We end up agreeing to ST at my hotel, after several miscommunication with boys and the short time place who dont allow me to even check to see if its acceptable or not. Anyway, nothing to shout about his performance, it's just ok, definitely not a dud but given that ive been getting lots of great guys, this one definitely rank at the bottom. But good thing about pattaya, the ST rate is cheap so I dont feel i lost much. Thinking back, there is a quite muscular guy in Xboy, but he looks older and not as good looking but unfortunately he was snatch by a customer earlier. Well, its my first day here, i had high hope that things will get better from here on, and yes I can honestly say now that it does gets better. Lots better.
