I believe it has its fans. It was all very nicely re-done in the past year or two. The usual "rap" on Chakran is that it's asians-for-asians, but they let everyone in, and I never know if people go and have a bad time they blame it something like that. Out-of-towners pay a higher price. (Personally that doesn't bother me, but I know it does for some people.)
