My best answer is that I usually meet people outside the hotel and would have no qualms about sending them away if there was a substantial discrepancy between the photo and reality. In practice, I have been letting a few marginal cases slip through the net, so maybe this needs to be trialled. Of course, it could work both ways.... Quote
