Guest wowpow Posted January 3, 2007 Share Posted January 3, 2007 Thai shares close flat - The Nation Thai share prices closed flat on Wednesday, bucking a soaring regional trend, as foreign investors still traded with caution following the backdown on draconian currency rules, dealers said. They said the market was also sluggish due to a lack of new local leads. The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index slipped just 0.84 points to close at 687.88, while the bluechip SET 50 index fell 0.62 points to 479.55.
