The following appears in THE NATION: _____ Dutchman Falls from 20th Floor of Bangkok Apartment A Dutchman was killed after falling from the 20th floor of an apartment building in Bangkok early Sunday, police said. The man was identified as Pudwell Bernd, 40. Police said the man fell from the Boss Mansion Tower on Rama IV Road in Klong Toey district at about 2:45 am.
