The Bangkok gogo bars need to relocate within Silom. The Screwboys soi is one obvious location. and one hopes that drink prices will go down to Screwboy's level Quote

DrimVoiz Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 Wow, it seems most of the go go bars in Soi Twilight was relocated to Patpong 2, so exciting for this new place!!! Quote
Londoner Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Is the Hotmale host-bar reopening as well? Quote

According to a poster (Trongpai on another board): Hotmail: There's a sign that they are moving to Patpong 2 on April 1. I was told it will be above Dreamboys but I don't see a second floor there? I was also told that it will take a month or two to outfit the new place. Expect an opining in May. Quote
Patanawet Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 From what I have seen of the new premises of the bars that have announced their new destinations, they are much smaller than their existing locations. Quote

GWMinUS Posted March 29, 2019 Posted March 29, 2019 When I first visited Bangkok I went to the Tomahawk Go-Go opposite Tawan. It was TINY!! Just a raised ledge along one wall and a bank of seating with several levels opposite. Probably only 5-6 feet across from the dancers. But it worked!! Great memories... Patanawet 1 Quote

Yes that's true, I remember and Wirat was a mamsan there. But talking of small -- have you been to Nature Boys? I suppose what I was saying about the new premises' being small was comparing the turnover for the owners compared to that of late. Quote
Londoner Posted March 29, 2019 Posted March 29, 2019 Yes; the smaller bars were much more fun than the glitzy ones. Remember Khun Bar? Quote
DrimVoiz Posted March 29, 2019 Posted March 29, 2019 Just curious, will it be possible 2 go with another customer? I wonder how the go go boys and mamasans will react, haa haa Quote

abidismaili Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 By the way there still is a sign to the right of the entrance: "This soi we go on for 6 years". The same text in Thai and Chinese. Above another sign "This soi is not going to close". Why dont they remove it? Very confusing. DrimVoiz 1 Quote

As of last night, the word was that X-Boys -- currently operating on Soi Twilight -- is taking over a space on Patpong 2. (2 I believe). reader 1 Quote
