He said it was popular. I assumed he has meant it was seen by many people. He said he was caught by police near Thaniya around 7 am after all night drinking. He had to pay 8,000 Baht fine. Well I thought is that all? Last night he was still wearing gold necklace & blacelet seen on the video so clearly didn’t need to sacrifice to the police.
