Only thing I know is there used to be a gay massage shop in Sukhumvit called Waternest, specializing in some water treatments and scrubs, having rainshowers over the massage bed and such. But that's closed now, so dunno what else a water massage could be. Quote

Its quite a great experience for first timer, they did scrubbing and then clean you up on the massage bed, so u dont have to stand up and clean up in shower room instead. Quote
