abidismaili Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Regardless of the law, tourist scam is what you should fear. In the end, its your word against the thai national. Place your bets who will win if you find yourself there. Not to mentioned the possibility of the police are also in the scam To think that this naïveté comes from a person who has been so paranoid of offing a boy longtime.... lol It is only naieve if there are examples of Farang who are arrested for taking nude pics of legal age guys (or women). Boys who rob customers has happened so it is not strange I am paranoid about that. Because it is something which does actually happen. Not much. But it does.
steveboy Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 we would be better served if you try to calm the waters instead dousing more gasoline on the fire. There is none of that. My comment was a bucket of icy water poured over the head of the real flame thrower, who wants to see a fellow member locked in a dark prison cell for the rest of his life.
PeterRS Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 There is none of that. My comment was a bucket of icy water poured over the head of the real flame thrower, Well thats not how it came out! I suggest you could have chosen your words more carefully to better effect.
bobsaigon Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 The Island Caprice owner told me that his biggest challenge was to get the “actors” to abstain from drugs for a few days while he was filming them. One of the “actors” told me that they frequently had to pause in filming in order to give the cast time to “re-activate” their erections. The boy said he got 30K baht per film, but I tend to doubt it was that much. Nothing risky or immoral in taking the nude photo of a consenting legal age sex worker if no one except yourself is going to see it, meaning no BIB, no customs officers in your home country. As already said, the Thai government would love to have the opportunity to prosecute porn film makers or anyone else who has “porn” on his cell phone or laptop. There have been several cases of the police arresting men who were involved in under age sex (notably the former owner of a well known Pattaya boy bar) and not surprisingly, the police said they had found extensive porn on the computers of the suspects. But being arrested just for having nude photos of sex workers is not something that has been in the news. What I found amusing, maybe even hilarious in this thread was when the irate finger pointer took umbrage at being designated a sex tourist rather than a sexpat. And while I agree that it doesn’t help to calm the waters by quoting Scripture, the admonition restricting stone throwing to those free of sin is certainly apt in this case. Whether we are porn producers or porn consumers, and whether we enjoy the opportunities in LOS to have commercial or non-commercial sex, we are all in the same boat, which does not need rocking. It does not matter if they are legal, it matters what customs and the PD think. The least you will get is one heck of a background investigation. Hope all of your friends and neighbors think you REALLY are attracted to adults. We don't all fly home to the US. Has anyone got examples of the previously alleged prosecution for photographing ADULTS by the Thai police ? I don't see any, but the thread is derailed (by both respected members, such as quoted & the trolls). Also, what is the difference in the legality of prostitution & pornography?
Guest samebb Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 You mistakenly call "religious shit" the words of a philosopher, real or imaginary, described in the Gospels of Christianity. So important is this philosopher that no other single person, real or imaginary, changed history as much as he did. Even non-religious people we respect the philosophy of Jesus Christ for its moral value. In any case, your irate outburst is sufficient proof that John 8:7 hit a chord. It fits you like a glove! and you can still shove it up your ass. Thanks.

My comment was a bucket of icy water poured over the head of the real flame thrower, who wants to see a fellow member locked in a dark prison cell for the rest of his life. One or 2 people here... I would be overjoyed to hear they were locked up for being criminals and breaking the law. All criminals should be locked up.
Guest samebb Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 you forgot to take your chilling pills this morning? I wish I had some.
Alexx Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Too bad most chill pills are illegal in Thailand nowadays, too...
Guest samebb Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Too bad most chill pills are illegal in Thailand nowadays, too... Yeah. An American guy was telling me how he couldn't get valium here or something.
Alexx Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 All criminals should be locked up. Okay. How about the people who run the bars that you like to frequent? Should they be locked up, too? They usually get away with their crimes because it's more lucrative to keep milking them, but let's not forget why they do get milked (and handsomely).

How Thailand conduct their business in their country is a separate issue. Very far from a foreigner travelling to Thailand with the intent to outright commit crimes and flaunt the law.
forky123 Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 1) Prostitution is also illegal in Thailand and I don't see everyone getting wound up about that. 2) If you think that taking pictures is the only way to get images on your laptop/iPad, etc then you are incredibly naive. Simply browsing web sites will result in the images from those sites being cached on your system unless your settings prevent this. 3) Is it really not possible on this site any more for a thread to not degenerate into a slanging match? Guest Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Agree 100% with Forky. Also why do so many threads get taken off topic by the trolls?
Guest FASAJIP Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Very often taking pics of boys... Most of time naked, face, back, any position... But never publishing, only for my private, and always asking them if they want to load these pics.
Popular Post Guest Posted June 19, 2017 Popular Post Posted June 19, 2017 A warning. This Thread is now locked for 2 reasons. 1 Completely off topic! 2. Personal attacks.
