vinapu Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Money is addictive. it is but only to those who had this as their foremost priority. For quite a few reasons I'd not return to my previous job even if it was paying twice as much I make now and I'm sure I'm not alone . An no , it was not moneyboy job , LOL Quote
spoon Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Ive had a few masseur/mb who told me they are quitting and end up still working. true enough they do go back home, but then they work their hometown instead. when they went vack, they did ask if we can send in money too to help with him buying land to farm. In monboy case, it does seems like he was trying to get money at first when he mentioned about the house. But all the subsequent chat/video calls says otherwise. And with monboy a cousin of victory, close friends to samebb, its pretty easy for numazu to know if he is back working. Quote

GWMinUS Posted July 10, 2017 Posted July 10, 2017 Bangkok does feel a little smaller without monboy... I saw photos of him in a hospital a couple of days ago on facebook. Hope he is ok! Interesting and bothersome that you say he was in a hospital. Does Victory have any information you can share??? Quote
Boy69 Posted July 10, 2017 Posted July 10, 2017 Namzu didn't make any commitment to Monboy so it really shouldn't be Namzu concern what Monboy will do with his life and he has the full right to return to be a money boy If he wants to. Quote

Popular Post reader Posted July 10, 2017 Popular Post Posted July 10, 2017 The massage guys or offs with a some English will frequently make conversation. I always respond by asking about where they're from and about their families. Some from outside of Thailand describe fears of getting caught working there without a permit. Now, in light of the current crackdown on illegal workers, I'm wondering how much this may have played into MonBoy's decision to return home. I'm inclined to believe that although it factors into the boys' thinking, the resourceful will continue to take their chances and seek their fortunes in BKK and Pattaya. It may not be their ideal life choice, but it's a life that may make it possible to eventually return home for good with the resources to build a new home and get a head start that would otherwise elude them. This, to me, is part of the attraction of getting to know these guys on more than a one-off basis. Sure, I risk getting pulled into their day-to-day existence and likely to be more generous to those who make that special connection. But since I travel half-way around the world to be be among them, I'd be a fool not to take the very risks I seek--with all the due caution I can muster while lying with the naked incarnation of my dreams a short reach away.. a447a, Tintinx, 1moRussian and 2 others 5 Quote

I am not judging MonBoy per se; more to do with human weakness (or greed) I guess. Quote
bucknaway Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 It's simple, whatever will be will be. We all try to stop doing something or make a change in our life. We try to be str9ng and so.etimes we succeed and other times we give in to temptation. If the guy is able to stay away, good for him. If he finds that he has to return to the work of a gogo employee. Wish him the best, he tried. Did he lie or did he try to deceive? No more than us who tell others we will stop smoking, not return to thailand, cut back on delicious fattening food. faranglaw Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Thanks for a beautifully crafted story. I feel I have known both of you for years. The slow fade of Monboy, from big cock hot lively golden brown smiling urban chaotic enthusiastic sensual embrace to the slow fade sepia toned quiet and thoughtful Burmese farmer: a perfect diamond of a story. Very moving. Sentimental and real both. Thanks again. AlexThompson, a447a and vinapu 3 Quote
1moRussian Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 Thanks numazu for a really interesting story! Returning to English learning discussion - I am thinking of using it for my English studies. There is an exercise when you are just sitting and copying down a book by your hand and a pen; but it is time consuming, so it should be an intresting book Quote

As for holding hands in public, I don't do for various reasons: I'm 184 cm and most local boys are significantly shorter, so one of us has to contort to get our hands at same level; when walking on sidewalk next to each other we have to navigate around other pedestrians and on roads without sidewalk walking next to each other is out of question; when crossing roads it's better to cross separately. vinapu Posted July 13, 2017 Posted July 13, 2017 That just encourages them to try again. while you are right , in Bangkok there are so many taxis that person willing only to pay meter shouldn't have a problem finding willing taxi within 2-3 minutes. Once I was leaving BBB Inn at 3 a.m. during heavy deluge and even in such conditions in dead of the night taxi arrived at curb in 20 seconds and I noticed few free ones approaching ( 20 seconds was enough for me to get completely wet and yes , I paid flat fee requested 500, I was prepared to pay even 600 ). But other than that only times I paid flat fee in BKK was 1-2 trips from Suriwong to Malaysia hotel and even that I haggled down to 100 while meter is 70. Quote

Popular Post numazu Posted July 14, 2017 Author Popular Post Posted July 14, 2017 Awesome, almost 3 pages of replies after the last post! I'll get to all of you soon, but.. On the Subject of MonBoy Returning to Gogo Life It's fascinating, isn't it, to know the whole story of a gogo boy's life? To know their motivations, their personalities, and who they really are outside of their work. It is a delicate balance for them, as it is for us, to not show too many cards on the table, but at the same time, it is these very revelations that draw us closer to them. Ultimately, I think, the boy's stories are worth more to me than the amazing sex that I've had with them. It definitely is the part of them that lingers in my head the longest. OK, I guess I have my iPhone to thank for capturing the images of the glorious gigantic cock and amazing body that MonBoy has, but the feelings, and moments are all in my head, and I guess, now in the pages of this forum. Sometimes it's difficult to maintain customer-client status and mutual emotions are been involved and without any planing relationship can be develop. We have to be very carfule here. I think Namzu handled this issue with the boy brilliantly . It is very easy for me to contain my emotions and draw boundaries with gogo boys because it is a relationship predicated on money. I simply can not trust anyone with my emotions if there is money involved. Where I mess up is in my relationships with non-commercial boys in foreign countries. BurBoy is a prime example. There are more, sadly. I am not a good role model for restraint. How much are they pursuing their game plan? How much are we pursuing our's? In the end it probably doesn't matter because we're both destined to repeat the scenario with other players. Some of these guys we may well see again while others simply disappear from our lives. What I'm becoming more aware of is the need to let them know I appreciate the time they shared with me. I hope I treated each with with respect and left them their innate dignity. Yes, and again this is why it is wise to keep one's distance with money boys. The Game may be always played. The only thing we can do is be game enough to play the game ourselves, and hopefully, as I strive always in every relationship I am in, is we both win. It's better for my soul that way. Ive had a few masseur/mb who told me they are quitting and end up still working. true enough they do go back home, but then they work their hometown instead. when they went vack, they did ask if we can send in money too to help with him buying land to farm. And with monboy a cousin of victory, close friends to samebb, its pretty easy for numazu to know if he is back working. He was trying to angle for more money from me, maybe in the hopes that I can end his money boy career by giving him a big sum. But, from what has transpired, maybe he was planning on ending it anyway, even before he met me. I just happened to be his last customer. From what I know, he is still in Myanmar. Even if MonBoy eventually does indeed return to being a money boy for whatever reason, that doesn't mean that he didn't have honest intentions when he left. Many things can happen, especially to poor and therefore vulnerable people. It's always easy to judge people from a comfy armchair. He did not make a specific promise to me that he won't go back to being a gogo boy. But even if he did, I would not fault him for going back. I would even encourage him to give it another go for a couple of years. It is a lot of money to give up, and probably is less physically taxing than farm work. But i don't know the emotional toll that MonBoy goes through in whoring himself, so I guess this is one reason not to come back to Jupiter. I am sure if MonBoy goes back to being a money boy, numazu will be the first to know. Or as spoon has said, samebb will know from Victory. I agree that the money is too tempting to pass up, and MonBoy will want to go back at some point. I hope he comes back. If not I may visit him in Myanmar and show him his country like I did BurBoy last December. That was a trip of a lifetime. Namzu didn't make any commitment to Monboy so it really shouldn't be Namzu concern what Monboy will do with his life and he has the full right to return to be a money boy If he wants to. Exactly. He is not my boyfriend. He can do whatever he wants. Including go back to Jupiter. But if he was my boyfriend, I'll be in big trouble. And you couldn't be more wrong. Hd wont return. From talking with his cousin he is happy back at home. Family is important. I am sure that is why he is happy. It's simple, whatever will be will be. We all try to stop doing something or make a change in our life. We try to be str9ng and so.etimes we succeed and other times we give in to temptation. If the guy is able to stay away, good for him. No more than us who tell others we will stop smoking, not return to thailand, cut back on delicious fattening food. The best we can try is to try. He accomplished what he needed to do in Thailand, which is to enough raise money to finish his house. Can one raise that much money on only 2 weeks of work? Maybe. He had all the advantages to be the best Money Boy one can be in Thailand. He tried, now he went back to the farm. He is trying to live a more traditional life, away from the stage lights and the sleaze and the generous strangers he meets daily. Will he be back? I will say, yes, if I were to guess. And I won't be disappointed in him if he does. This, to me, is part of the attraction of getting to know these guys on more than a one-off basis. Sure, I risk getting pulled into their day-to-day existence and likely to be more generous to those who make that special connection. YES, do not be afraid to take risks once on while. Being overly cautious is great and all, but its the risks we take that really pay off in the end, and are the ones that you remember the most. Travellerdave Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 Regarding holding hands with boys. I find they often initiate this when accompanying them from their bar to hotels. I think they believe it to be part of the off ritual. I'm OK with it in gay areas and is common place to see older gays doing the same with their young boyfriends in BT, Sunee, Jomtien Complex on Dongtan Beach. Hetros are often seen holding hands with girls young enough to be their grand daughters on Beach Road. However I would not do it for example at the Soi Buakhow Market or in a shopping mall and of course it's rather difficult on Pattaya's crowded and often uneven sidewalks. Quote
