reader Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Maybe guys supporting ladies from afar are just more curious than guys supporting BF's are. But I've hardly heard of any gays who go to the extent that their straight counterparts occasionally go to learn just how faithful their beloved actually is. In his current (Mar. 19) column, Stickman reveals that he frequently conducted investigations at the behest of clients. In about 90% of the cases, he reports that the lady in question was still available for dating. Perhaps guys supporting BF's seem less curious is because they automatically assume that he's still on the market. Or maybe they just don't wish to know for sure because it would dispel the fantasy nurtured by frequent calls, texts and messages to the contrary. If you're interested in reading how Stickman did his investigations, go to stickmanweekly.com. Quote
spoon Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 More like gays treat their bf like human, straight treat their women like possessions Quote
Alexx Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Boys will be boys. In a gay relationship between male grown-ups, both partners realize that and act accordingly. Quote

ggobkk Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 Hmmmm...I assume / presume a lack of faithfulness and I don't want to know the details. DivineMadman 1 Quote
Guest abang1961 Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 Your BF, regardless of his nationality and the distance apart, is an individual. He has every right to do what he deems appropriate. Anyway if you are miles away, you ought to accept the fact that he will seek others for sexual gratification. Although I am not promiscuous (I don't go around looking for preys), I am not a saint myself and if the opportunity arises to have sex and unless the other person is grotesquely-looking, I won't turn down the chance. Life life to the fullest...enjoy the companionship without asking for too much.. Be a good ATM.. sprouting out cash whenever there is a need.. after all, we can't bring our material possessions with us to HEAVEN... Quote
steveboy Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 An interesting read that explores this issue is the fictional novel by Stephen Leather - Private Dancer - a great insight Thanks. I started looking for this book. I suspect that with me it will preach to the choir. I am the foremost defender of the idea that we belong only to ourselves. Not even our children belong to us, they are simply in our custody. My experience is that the open relationship is the way to keep our beloved forever. We should all be available for dating, while our heart is committed to THE ONE. Quote
