Guest abang1961 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 I did that in 2015. It was one of the best time to see Taipei as the migrant workers return home. Tourist attractions are less busy but the gay central,aka red house at Xi meng ding remained vibrant with many single men. Quote
