Guest ryanasia Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 The mobile version comes up as the default on an iPhone or a Droid as far as I know. I am talking about the over all feel of the site on a normal computer. Quote
kokopelli Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 never mind You are right ryan! Never mind since few can keep to your original post and meandering like cows in a pasture. Quote
Alexx Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 I have an Android phone. When I visit this site, I get the mobile version first. Then I click "Full Version" and get it, no problems whatsoever. Quote
ChristianPFC Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 I like a simple layout, and here gaybutton is the winner by far. However if the question had been which I find the most interesting, or which I read first, or which I would chose if I could read only one, it would be sawatdeenetwork. I like the banter and some posters over there. Quote
Guest ryanasia Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 I just find the color scheme in the other forums harsh on the eyes. Many times I am browsing something else in bed on my laptop and when I change the tab to those sites it is quite harsh. Not sure if they have a dark theme or if one could be implemented. Quote
Guest FossilGay Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 Its so difficult to find the "forum" button on the gaythailand site - I wouldn't be surprised if they lose a lot of visitors who don't even realise that there is a forum... it needs to be way more prominent IMO Also for me the Bamboo scheme looks like something out of the 80s or a short time room To me the bamboo wallpaper looks like a place mat at a cheap Japanese restaurant. I voted for Gaythailand but I agree with colmx's criticisms generally. Another problem is the different registrations needed for the different sections of the site, including this forum. I almost gave up because of this and I know some of my friends did. Quote
Guest ryanasia Posted November 3, 2016 Posted November 3, 2016 The place mat at a cheap Japanese restaurant is still nicer than the cookie cutter has not been customized place mats at McDonald's. The other forums don't look like they have ever had any attention into their design out of the box. Interesting how we all see things differently. Quote
Guest thaiworthy Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 I have voted, but since I am viewing this poll on GT, it is already a bit predetermined. Asking who has the best-looking gay Thailand forum is also like asking who has painted the world's most beautiful painting. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The best I can tell you is to make everything big, legible, easy, quick and simple. How this is best interpreted by the designer would be a step in the right direction. Quote

Guest FatRichard Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 Does anyone else get a beachlover vib from our prolific pollster? I can't say I do. Beachlover always had that narcissistic, grand persona that he was better than everyone else, be it as homintern, latintopxxx, numazu, cdnmatt, etc and loved the adulation/criticisms and felt the need to respond to every single one of them. He needed to take a curtain call after every act and you can see this in numazu's current thread. As with any attention-seeker, the best way to respond was to ignore him at which point he would try to come out with more outrageous stories of abusing boys or having multiple lovers of multiple nationalities at the same time (all crazily in love with him), crazy adventures and mishaps in Isaan, etc etc. The problem is, somebody always bites and all he needs is an audience of one to sustain him, until he comes up with another zany character. Ryan is just being Ryan. I get the sense that his posts are self-cathartic, coming from a middle-aged man who is at a crossroads in his life, who is not sure of the future, as he ruminates his past and struggles with the emotional and physical changes occurring within him. The polls and information-gathering, I suspect, are for a new business venture, perhaps something that has to do with gay travel in the region. I could be wrong, but I don't think he comes from the Beachlover hydra who's one and only mission is to have a good laugh at everyone else's expense. Quote

numazu Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 This is weird. Who is beachlover? I did a search on posts and see some early posts from him but haven't seen anything recent. I do see a lot of angst directed and associated with said poster. Why am I always accused of being this poster? Since numazu been client of SiamRoads.com, and our guides were with him at time of his travels, I can certify what stories of numazu are true: at least about visited countries, quantity of boys, and visited places While can't certify what's going on in bedrooms. ))) Thanks Moses. Sareth told me he read the posts and laughed at a few details. He and Ya are awesome guides, and they are highly recommended. I told Kaung in Myanmar that I will be using his services in Bagan. Hopefully he is as awesome as the other two. And thanks for having my back. I can't control what other people think about me or my posts, but that won't stop me from writing. I have yet to figure out why some posters just feel the overwhelming need to be an asshole time and time again. There are so may wonderful members who who truly enjoy reports and reading them, I am not sure why you with your negativity wish to constantly get under everyone's skin. Can you point out what you have contributed to the site? vinapu, Moses, kokopelli and 1 other 4 Quote
