kokopelli Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 There has been some discussion concerning what has been termed Meatloaf Night here in Pattaya and some misinformation. The Meatloaf Night was originated by Mr.Bud to bring together some of his friends and acquaintances for an hour or two of socialization on Thursday evening. Thus it is by invitation and reservations are required. So not a free for all or walk in event as has been posted. The dinner is held at Ting Tong Red and not Elephant Plaza as some may think. Of course anyone can go to Ting Tong Red on that night or any other night and order whatever they want off the menu. Ting Tong is German owned and food is German style. And yes, lots of boys hanging out at Ting Tong Red so that is a big draw. Quote
williewillie Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 It looked like ting tong red and Mario were taking over a large slice of Sunee Plaza. The old Super Queen and adjoining long shuttered bar beer have been repainted white with red trim, matching ting tong red color theme. Looks much much better and the outdoor terrace areas will be used for expansion of ting tong red. Super Queen a decade old eyesore . ChristianPFC 1 Quote
Guest DThump Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 That meatloaf looks very nice, how does one go about getting an invite? Quote
Guest DThump Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Thanks Kokopelli I recieved your message but I am new and don't know how to respond to it. You said that I should look for Mr.Bud, as I do not know him who shall I look for? Quote
Gaybutton Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 You said that I should look for Mr.Bud, as I do not know him who shall I look for? I won't post anyone's personal information, but I have contacted and notified the person who arranges the meatloaf nights and hopefully he'll contact you. Meanwhile, the meatloaf night is every Thursday at 7:00pm. If you'd like to go tonight, but if he has not contacted you in time, my suggestion is to just go. You won't have any problem at all spotting the group. The reason the group asks for a RSVP is so that Mario, the owner, knows how many people to cook for. All of the boys and, of course, Mario, knows who heads the group. If there is enough food, and chances are very good there will be, I'm certain you will be warmly welcomed to join. By the way, for those for whom I am not exactly their favorite person, don't worry. I will not be there. Phet and kokopelli 2 Quote
kokopelli Posted October 27, 2016 Author Posted October 27, 2016 That meatloaf looks very nice, how does one go about getting an invite? That was just some photo I cribbed off the internet but kinda looks the the real thing. Usually served with mashed potatoes, red cabbage, fried onions and some veggies. Quote
Gaybutton Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Wow,too much drama, bye. Huh . . . ? What's the drama part? Quote
Gaybutton Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Ask kokopelli You asked how to get an invite and I explained it, along with explaining why it's done by invitation. I also made the effort for you to contact the person who makes the arrangements so that he could contact you and invite you. And instead of maybe a quick 'thanks,' this is the response I get? You're welcome . . . ChristianPFC 1 Quote

Gaybutton Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Just coming without an invite or knowing anyone, sort of like crashing a wedding. The organizer has already told me DThump will be perfectly welcome to come if he wants to. Remember, folks - if unnecessary and uncalled for comments and trouble is going to start yet again, this time on this topic, it's not me who's starting it. ChristianPFC 1 Quote
