Moses Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 Usually 800 toll free numbers are working only in a country of number and SIM origin - in your case 001 is USA. In very rare cases owner of 800 numbers allowing international calls (i.e. from SIMs issued in other countries) - they are expensive for owners of numbers. upd: sorry for my limited English, I'm trying to say - in 99% cases it is up to owner of 1-800 number if it will be allowed to call to their 1-800 number from abroad cuz they have to cover cost of your call to their phone company.
